After purchasing your Epic Pass, go to the "My Redemptions" section to access your Spoiler Night ticket.
1. Access the redemption area
Log in to your account on our website. In the top menu, click on "My Account" and then select "My Redemptions".
2. Choose your ticket
On the redemption screen, you will see the tickets available to you, such as Spoiler Night, Meet & Greet, or other products. Look for "Spoiler Night" and click the Redeem button.
3. Select the product
A menu will open on the screen. Select "Spoiler Night".
4. Fill in your companion's details
Now, enter the information of the person who will be using the ticket:
📌 Note: Since the Epic Pass already includes your own entry to Spoiler Night, you should fill in the ticket details with your companion's information.
After filling in all the required fields, click "Continue".
5. Confirm the redemption
Carefully review all of your companion's ticket details on the confirmation screen. If everything is correct, click "Confirm Redemption".
Done! Where can I find my ticket now?
As soon as the redemption is complete, your QR Code/voucher will move from the redemption tab and become available under the "My Tickets" menu for viewing and download. Just present the QR code at the event entrance, as the Spoiler Night ticket does not require a physical badge for pickup.
