Our website now has an exclusive section for you to manage product redemptions! Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete your redemption quickly and easily:
1. Access the redemption area
Log in to your account on our website. In the top menu, click on "My Account" and then select "My Redemptions".
2. Choose your ticket
On the redemption screen, you will see your available tickets. Look for "Joker Ticket" (Ingresso Coringa) and click the "Redeem" button.
3. Select the event date
A menu will open on the screen. Choose the day and date you wish to attend the event (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
4. Fill in the attendee's details
Now, enter the information of the person who will be using the ticket:
If the ticket is for you: Simply click the "Assign to me" button to automatically populate the fields with your account details.
If the ticket is for someone else: Manually enter the details of the person attending the event.
After filling in all fields, click "Continue".
5. Confirm the redemption
Carefully review all the ticket details on the confirmation screen. If everything is correct, click "Confirm Redemption".
Done! Where can I find my ticket now?
As soon as the redemption is complete, your QR Code/voucher will move from the redemption tab and become available under the "My Tickets" menu for viewing and download.
Now, simply present it at the event Ticket Booth to pick up your badge (if you didn't opt for home delivery)!

⚠️ Important: If you requested and paid for home delivery, your badge will only be shipped after you fill in the details and select the day. Shipments will be made until 11/10/2026. After this date, badges that have not been assigned will be available exclusively for in-person pickup at the event venue.
