Our website now has an exclusive section for you to manage your ticket redemptions! Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete your redemption quickly and easily:
📌 Remember: If you purchased a Joker Ticket (Ingresso Coringa), you must enter your own details for the Spoiler Night ticket. If you purchased an Epic Pass, this Spoiler Night redemption must be in the name of your companion.
1. Access the redemption area
Log in to your account on our website. In the top menu, click on "My Account" and then select "My Redemptions".
2. Choose your ticket
On the redemption screen, you will see your available tickets. Look for "Spoiler Night Ticket" and click the redeem button.
3. Select the product
A menu will open on the screen. Click on "Spoiler Night".
4. Fill in the attendee's details
Now, enter the information of the person who will be using the ticket:
If the ticket is for you: Simply click the "Assign to me" button to automatically populate the fields with your account details.
If the ticket is for someone else: Manually enter the details of the person attending the event.
After filling in all fields, click "Continue".
5. Confirm the redemption
Carefully review all the ticket details on the confirmation screen. If everything is correct, click "Confirm Redemption".
As soon as the redemption is complete, your QR Code/voucher will move from the redemption tab and become available under the "My Tickets" menu for viewing and download. Just click on "View Ticket" and present this QR code at the event entrance to access Spoiler Night!
