The contractually leased areas will be available for occupancy and the start of setup on the specific day outlined in the contract, in accordance with the dates, times, and requirements contained in the Manual. Any areas not occupied up to 48 hours prior to the start of the EVENT may be reallocated at the sole and exclusive discretion of CCXP, and the exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refunds, compensation, or claims.
