Compliance: Projects must comply with all current legal regulations and standards.
Guidelines and Deadlines: Respect all rules, schedules, and dates established in this MANUAL, including the submission of the booth design project.
Handover and Cleanliness: Deliver the booth fully assembled and clean for the opening (removing all materials used and waste generated during the setup period), under penalty of a fine.
Waste Removal: Waste removal during the setup and dismantling periods is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. CCXP does not provide waste dumpsters (caçambas) during these periods.
Credentialing: Register credentials via the Mundo Ticket platform by November 16 for all employees who will work during the setup period, and complete the payment for these credentials.
Liability Agreement: Submit the filled-out and signed Liability Agreement (Termo de Responsabilidade) on the first day of service. This applies to all setup companies, including those affiliated with Sindiprom/Abrace.
Security Deposit: Submit proof of the PIX Security Deposit (PIX Caução) as a guarantee against potential damages or malfunctions that may occur at the pavilion.
Insurance: Submit the booth's insurance policy.
Liability: Assume full responsibility for any damage identified during the setup, event execution, and dismantling periods.
