By law, public and private establishments must offer priority and specialized service to the following groups:
>People with disabilities.
>Seniors aged 60 and older.
>Pregnant women.
>Nursing mothers.
>People with infants (in-arms children).
>People with obesity.
>People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
>Blood donors.*
>People with reduced mobility.
If you have a medical report or an ID card confirming your need for priority service and the assistance of a companion**, you may present it on the day of the event to access the priority line together.
*To exercise this priority right, blood donors must present proof of donation valid within the last 120 days. Blood donors are entitled to priority service after the other legally designated groups (people with disabilities, seniors, pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with infants, people with obesity, individuals with autism, and people with reduced mobility).
**This benefit extends to one (1) companion only, specifically when their presence is essential to the beneficiary.
