Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE, ENTRY AND STAY AT THE
CCXP25 FESTIVAL
ATTENTION: DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE REGULATIONS IMPOSED
BY THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES FOR FESTIVALS, ONLY INDIVIDUALS WHO COMPLY
WITH THE REQUIREMENTS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF THE FESTIVAL (WHICH MAY
INCLUDE PROVIDING PROOF OF VACCINATION, UNDERGOING TESTS, WEARING
MASKS OR OTHERS) WILL BE PERMITTED ENTRY.
The acquisition and possession of a ticket, in any capacity, implies acceptance of the
following conditions:
1. PURCHASE OF TICKETS
1.1. Tickets are issued as CREDENTIALS, specifying the name and individual taxpayer
number (CPF) of the attendee, and are personal and non-transferable.
1.2. To gain access to the festival, attendees must present their credentials along with an
official photo ID, as proof of ownership. ENTRANCE TO THE FESTIVAL USING A
CREDENTIAL IN THE NAME OF A THIRD PARTY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
1.3. The credential grants its holder permission to enter and exit the festival site (São Paulo
Expo) as many times as they choose during the valid day. Upon each entry and exit from the
festival, attendees must present an official photo ID along with the credential to verify
ownership.
1.4. Your credential includes a QR Code for accessing the festival, which can be scanned at
any location requiring flow control, at the discretion of the festival organization. This QR
Code contains some of your personal data (such as name, email, phone number, city,
gender, date of birth). It is important to clarify that there is no banking information or sensitive
personal data that can be shared when scanning your credential.
1.5. Some third-party exhibitors may request certain personal data and require you to sign
disclaimers to participate in activities within their booths. To streamline this process, at
certain booths, you can directly utilize your badge to provide the stored data mentioned
above.
1.6. Therefore, you may choose to share your personal data directly with the exhibitors by
authorizing the scanning of your credential. Since this entails the direct sharing of data by
you rather than by CCXP, CCXP is not responsible for the handling of this data by the
exhibitor.
1.7. CCXP25 tickets are exclusively sold by Mundo Geek Store, through the website
https://www.mundo-ticket.com/ and/or at official selling locations previously announced on
the festival's official website www.ccxp.com.br.
1.8. CCXP is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial or unauthorized sales
channels.
1.9. Regarding the dates and times of sales openings:

March 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM and will end on April 7, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM, and may close
earlier if the tickets available for this presale are sold out.
1.9.2 The special sale, exclusively for customers who purchased EPIC tickets for CCXP24,

2025, at 8pm conducted in batches and may close earlier if the tickets sell out.
1.10. Purchases are subject to ticket availability for the requested day and approval of the
transaction by your credit card company, or approval through PIX (instant transfer).
1.11. Purchases are subject to review and approval by our security department, which may
request additional documents to verify registration for completion and delivery of your order.
1.12. Purchase orders are subject to payment confirmation, irrespective of the chosen
payment method by the purchaser. The user acknowledges and agrees that the provided
information is used to verify the authenticity of the buyer's data and to access credit
approval.
1.13. Upon completing the purchase, if any discrepancies are identified with the credit card
administrator’s data, the order may be canceled.
1.14. After purchasing the ticket, it is not possible to change the selected visitation day.
2. ACCURACY OF FILLING IN/PROVIDING THE NECESSARY DATA FOR THE
PURCHASE
2.1 The customer is responsible for accurately providing their personal data required for the
ticket purchase, as well as ensuring the correct delivery address when selecting the delivery
service.
2.2. Please carefully review the details of your order (date, type, quantity, eligibility for
discounts) before confirming your purchase. No cancellations, exchanges, or returns of
tickets are allowed outside the conditions defined herein. Each ticket is unique, meaning it
will no longer be available for sale to third parties after your purchase.
3. PRODUCT DELIVERY OR PICKUP
3.1. The purchaser may choose to receive the purchase at the location provided at the time
of purchase, upon payment of the delivery fee of R$29.90 (twenty-nine reais and ninety

by the customer at São Paulo Expo, at the credentials pickup area during the festival days.
3.4. There will be only one delivery attempt made to the address provided by the customer. If
delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, the purchases will be available for pickup at the
festival location, specifically at the pickup area during the festival days.
3.5. Purchases pickup at the festival location requires the presentation of the order number
and the buyer's official identification document.
3.6. For those who purchased the CCXP HERO, the information regarding the delivery of the
order can be found in item 14.3.7. of this document.
4. LOSS, MISPLACEMENT, THEFT, ROBBERY OR DAMAGE TO TICKETS DUE TO
MISUSE OR ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES
4.1. CCXP is not liable for loss, misplacement, theft, robbery or damage to tickets resulting
from improper use, mishandling, or actions of third parties.
4.2. If the issuance of a new credential is necessary during the festival, a fee of R$50.00 will
be charged. The issuance of a new credential, regardless of the reason, will only be carried
out after the complete cancellation of the previous credential.
5. THE HALF-PRICE BENEFIT
5.1. The half-price benefit is available to:
5.1.1. STUDENTS: Students must present the Student Identification Card (CIE), a document
that verifies their status as a regularly enrolled student in educational levels and types of
learning outlined in Title V of the Law No. 9.394, 1996. The CIE adhere to the national
standard model, include digital certification, and contain the following information: full name,

date, as outlined in Section I of Decree 8.537/2015. Presentation of the CIE is mandatory for
festival access.
5.1.2. PRINCIPALS, PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATORS, SUPERVISORS AND SCHOOL

(as per State Law SP 15.298/14 and Law No. 14.729/12): individuals in these roles must
present an official photo identification document along with a work card issued by the

between the purchased ticket and the full ticket price; otherwise, access to the festival will
not be permitted.

6.1. The “social entry” is available to all purchasers who, at the time of ticket purchase, make
a donation in the amounts previously established to one of the charitable institutions/entities
chosen by the ORGANIZER.
6.2. By donating the defined amount for each type of ticket, the purchaser will be entitled to
the corresponding discount, which may range from 34% to 41% off the full price of the

from the purchaser, through a request made solely online and following the procedures
outlined on the official festival website. A fee of R$50.00 (Fifty reais) per ticket to be
transferred will apply.
7.2. Four-day tickets and Epic Pass are singular tickets and can only be transferred in their
entirety. This means that when transferring one of these types of credentials, you will be
transferring all benefits and access to all days of the festival to a single individual.
7.3. Tickets that have already been used (even partially, in the case of tickets for more than
one day) cannot be transferred. In cases of tickets that include additional benefits beyond

buyer request the transaction to be canceled with the credit card issuer.

repurchase channel of CCXP. CCXP does not recommend purchasing tickets from third
parties and is not responsible for any issues that may arise in such transactions, including
the subsequent cancellation of the ticket after transfer. Resolution of the issue is the
responsibility of the buyer and the seller directly.

purchaser is automatically canceled, and no refund will be provided for the amount paid for
the insurance.

2025.
8.2. If the ticket purchase cancellation is requested after the ticket has been dispatched,
even in accordance with item 8.1, the amount paid for the ticket delivery service will not be
refunded.
8.3. The cancellation request must be made through the customer login area, in the support
section.
8.4. We do not process partial cancellations. In the case of orders with more than one ticket,
the entire order can be canceled only, with no possibility of canceling individual ticket(s).

refund of the amount paid for admission.

God (such as, for example, due to the sanitary conditions in force at the time of festival due
to the COVID-19 pandemic), ticket prices will not be refunded, and they will remain valid for
