1. PURCHASE OF TICKETS
1.1. Tickets are issued as CREDENTIALS, specifying the name and individual taxpayer number (CPF) of the attendee, and are personal and non-transferable.
1.2. To gain access to the festival, attendees must present their credentials along with an official photo ID, as proof of ownership. ENTRANCE TO THE FESTIVAL USING A CREDENTIAL IN THE NAME OF A THIRD PARTY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
1.3. The credential grants its holder permission to enter and exit the festival site (São Paulo Expo) as many times as they choose during the valid day. Upon each entry and exit from the festival, attendees must present an official photo ID along with the credential to verify ownership.
1.4. Your credential includes a QR Code for accessing the festival, which can be scanned at any location requiring flow control, at the discretion of the festival organization. This QR Code contains some of your personal data (such as name, email, phone number, city, gender, date of birth). It is important to clarify that there is no banking information or sensitive personal data that can be shared when scanning your credential.
1.5. Some third-party exhibitors may request certain personal data and require you to sign disclaimers to participate in activities within their booths. To streamline this process, at certain booths, you can directly utilize your badge to provide the stored data mentioned above.
1.6. Therefore, you may choose to share your personal data directly with the exhibitors by authorizing the scanning of your credential. Since this entails the direct sharing of data by you rather than by CCXP, CCXP is not responsible for the handling of this data by the exhibitor.
