Exhibitor Responsibility: It is the exhibitor's responsibility to obtain authorizations/liability waivers directly from the members of the public participating in their activities. This must be done via a form to be filled out by anyone participating in the activation.
Requirements & Restrictions: Height charts, minimum age/weight limits, and any other specific requirements related to participating in the activation must be clearly displayed and managed.
Crowd and Queue Management: The EXHIBITOR must allocate sufficient space inside their booth area for lines and crowd gathering. The use of common areas of the EVENT for queuing is strictly prohibited, especially event aisles and/or neighboring booth areas.
Virtual Scheduling: Should the exhibitor choose to use virtual scheduling for activations, it is mandatory to maintain at least 50% of the capacity for a first-come, first-served physical line.
