The responsibilities are as follows:
Compliance: Adhere to all rules, regulations, and deadlines established in the MANUAL;
Asset Control: Manage the inflow and outflow of products, materials, and equipment. The exhibitor is solely responsible for any disappearance, loss, damage, or theft during the setup, event, and teardown periods;
Credentialing: Complete the credentialing process for all exhibitor staff prior to the start of setup, as outlined in the manual;
Payments: Make timely payments for all mandatory and additional services, as described in the MANUAL and the CONTRACT;
Maintenance: Maintain and preserve the booth area in good condition;
Liability for Damages: Any and all damage identified during the setup, event, and teardown periods will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor, even if the damage was caused by a third party hired by them;
Activity Disclosure: The EXHIBITOR must submit a description of the activities they intend to conduct inside their booth along with the booth design project.

ATTENTION: Exhibitors who fail to comply with these regulations will be subject to fines and/or will have their materials removed by EVENT security. Removed items can only be retrieved after the official conclusion of the event. Furthermore, CCXP reserves the right to order the immediate closure or suspension of the booth's operations at any time.
