Don't worry! Once your order is collected, the tracking code is automatically generated, but it can take up to 5 days to update on the carrier's website. If there are still no updates on your tracking link after this period, please contact our Customer Service team so they can check and provide more details about your shipment. :)
Orders will only be shipped within Brazilian territory. Orders outside the country must be picked up at the event box office.
