How do I check if I chose home delivery or in-person pickup for my order?

To confirm which delivery method you selected when making your purchase (pickup or shipping), simply log in to the Mundo Ticket website (https://mundo-ticket.com/en-US):

1. Go to the "My Account" menu;

2. Click on "My Orders" on the site (https://mundo-ticket.com/en-US/my-orders);

3. In this area, you will see all the orders where you are the primary buyer. Select and click on the specific order you wish to view.

• If your order is set for in-person pickup at the event venue, you will see an option to purchase shipping.

• If you have already purchased shipping, only your order details will be displayed.

Orders are only shipped within the country. We do not offer international shipping outside of Brazil.
