If you want to upgrade your ticket, you must log in to your account on the website https://www.mundo-ticket.com/en and go to the “My Tickets” area.
Once you click on "My Tickets", you will see the credentials available in your order, and next to them a button labeled as "Upgrade".
After clicking on "Upgrade", you will be directed to choose which credential type you would like to change your ticket to (Social or Full category), as shown on the page below:
After you select your preferred option, you must click on "Continue" to proceed with the operation.
You will then be directed to the payment page to pay the difference prorated between your current ticket and the new one, by choosing the desired payment method and completing the payment:
You will be given a new order number for this new transaction.
As soon as your payment is approved, your ticket will be updated in your account in the "My Tickets" page, and you will be able to access it.
*Remember that you can only upgrade from Half-price tickets to Social or Full price tickets. Or from Social to Full tickets up to the last day of the event.
*For customers who chose to have their order delivered, we advise you to make the upgrade as soon as possible so that your order can be delivered with an updated credential. If the upgrade is made after the order is issued, it will be necessary to go to the Box Office of the event to change your credential's ID tag.
