An upgrade is the process we perform to change your ticket category:
- Half-price ticket to Social ticket;
- Half-price ticket to Full ticket;
- Social ticket to Full ticket;
*Upon payment of the difference of value for these tickets.

It is important to remember that the upgrade is only for changing the category of the ticket, it is not possible to change the type of credential or day of the event.
It is also not possible to change the category of the ticket for a lower value category, if you have purchased a Full credential, it is not possible to change it to Half-price or Social, for example.
For customers who chose to have their order delivered, we advise you to make the upgrade as soon as possible so that your order can be delivered with an updated credential. If the Upgrade is made after the order is issued, it will be necessary to go to the Box Office of the event to change your credential's ID tag.
