An Upgrade is the procedure for changing your ticket category:
Half-Price Ticket (Meia Entrada) to Social Ticket (Ingresso Social);
Half-Price Ticket (Meia Entrada) to Full-Price Ticket (Ingresso Inteira);
Social Ticket (Ingresso Social) to Full-Price Ticket (Ingresso Inteira);
Upon payment of the price difference for these tickets*.
All upgrades can be completed quickly and conveniently during the event, directly at the box office.
Important Note: Upgrades are strictly for changing the ticket category—it is not possible to change the credential type or the event day.
It is also not possible to downgrade your ticket category to one of a lower value. If you purchased a Full-Price credential, you cannot change it to Half-Price or Social Ticket, for example.
