1. Receive Your Voucher
When you receive a complimentary voucher, you will be notified by email. Click the Resgatar (Redeem) button in the body of the email.
2. Log In and Verify Your Email
You will be redirected to the platform. Log in or create a new account on Mundo Ticket.
Important: You must use the exact same email address where you received the voucher.
Existing Account: Enter your credentials and click Entrar (Log In).
New User: Click Criar conta (Create Account) and complete your registration.
Email Verification: Check your inbox, open the activation email, and click Verificar e-mail (Verify Email) to activate your account (the link is valid for 24 hours).
3. Locate Your Vouchers
In the top navigation menu, click Minha Conta (My Account).
Select Minhas cortesias (My Vouchers).
Note: If your codes do not appear, make sure you logged in with the exact email address that received the benefit.
4. Choose How to Use Your Voucher
In your dashboard, each code will show two options:
Pra mim (For Me): Select this option if you plan to use the voucher yourself.
Enviar (Send): Select this option to transfer the code to someone else. Enter the recipient's correct email address so they receive an exclusive confirmation link.
5. Fill In Participant Details
After selecting who will use the ticket, you must assign the credentials:
Go to Meus Ingressos (My Tickets) within the redeemed vouchers list.
Locate the ticket card and click Preencher dados (Fill Details).
Click Atribuir a mim (Assign to Me) to auto-fill your saved details, or complete the form with the final attendee's information.
Attention: Double-check all information before saving. Vouchers cannot be transferred after attendee details are registered, and the final digital or physical ticket issue relies on this information.
6. How to Accept or Return a Voucher Received from Someone Else
If someone transferred a voucher to you (e.g., for CCXP):
Click the link in the email notification (you will be redirected to log in or register using that recipient email address).
Navigate to Minha Conta > Minhas cortesias.
Click Aceitar (Accept) to generate the ticket in your account, or Devolver (Return) to decline and return the voucher to the sender.
Tickets must be picked up at the complimentary tickets area by presenting an official photo ID and the QR Code generated under 'My Tickets' ('Meus Ingressos').
