The ticket(s) purchase can be canceled up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the purchase confirmation e-mail, as long as this period does not exceed 48 hours (forty-eight hours) before the event.
In case the purchase is canceled after the ticket is dispatched, the value referring to the ticket delivery service will not be refunded.
The assistance request must be made by e-mail to the address atendimento@ccxp.zendesk.com .
We do not perform cancellations in part. In case of orders with more than one credential, it can only be canceled in its totality, with no possibility of canceling only one or more items of the order.
