All credentials for our event are personal and non-transferable without an official change of ownership, and the credential holder can only enter the event with their credential alongside an official identification document. Therefore, a CCXP ticket transfer consists of changing the ownership of a credential so that another person can use it.
The ownership of each ticket can be transferred only once, and the transfer is completed directly through the Mundo Ticket website (https://www.mundo-ticket.com/), subject to a transfer fee whenever the feature is available.
Transfers for CCXP can be made up until the last day of the event (according to the day of the purchased ticket) exclusively through the Mundo Ticket website. Under no circumstances will transfers be processed at the event box office.
Tickets that include benefits, free gifts, or access to multiple days are considered single-unit tickets and can only be transferred in their entirety. In other words, by transferring this credential, you will be transferring all benefits and access days to a single person.
Once a ticket has been used, it can no longer be transferred. In the case of tickets with distinct benefits, if the scheduling or redemption of those benefits has already occurred, the credential is considered used and can no longer be transferred.

Once a ticket is transferred, the original buyer no longer has any rights over the ticket and cannot cancel or modify it. However, the ticket and the transfer may be canceled by CCXP itself if any data inconsistency is identified with the credit card company used for payment. CCXP does not support, encourage, or take responsibility for purchases made outside of our official platform, Mundo Ticket (https://www.mundo-ticket.com/).
