All credentials for our event are nominal and personal, and it is only possible for the credential holder to enter the event with the credential along with the official ID document. For this reason, the CCXP ticket transfer is the exchange of a credential's ownership, so that another person can use it.
The ownership of each ticket can be transferred only once, and the transfer is made directly through Mundo Ticket's website (https://www.mundo-ticket.com/) upon payment of the transfer fee.
Transfers at CCXP can be made until the last day of the event exclusively through Mundo Ticket's website. Under no circumstances will transfers be made at the box office of the event.
Tickets that comes with benefits or provides access to more than one day of the event are one-time tickets and can only be transferred in their entirety, so by transferring this credential, you will be transferring all benefits and access days to a single person.
Once a ticket has already been used, it is no longer possible to transfer it. In cases of tickets with different benefits, if the scheduling or claiming of benefits for these tickets has already been done, the credential is considered as already used and it is no longer possible to transfer it.
