If you purchased physical items—such as pins, lanyards, accessories, or other products—and did not request and pay for shipping, your items will be available for in-person pickup at the box office located in the São Paulo Expo Parking Garage (Edifício Garagem).
This designated area handles all order pickups, including shop merchandise and orders set for event pickup.

📌 Important:
To collect your order, simply provide your order number and present a valid photo ID of the account holder.
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must present the account holder’s photo ID (original or physical copy) at the time of pickup.
