Check your spam folder to see if the purchase confirmation email is there, and remember to verify if this is the email you used for your registration.
You can also view your purchase on our Mundo Ticket website (https://www.mundo-ticket.com/). Just log in > click on the menu in the upper left corner > and select the “My Orders” option. There, you will be able to see all the orders made with your account.
If you have received a transfer, you should see it under “My Tickets.
