There is no cost for the Artists' Valley registration. However, if approved, a payment for the table rental is required. The table options are:
TABLE OPTIONS
SIMPLE TABLE
- Dimensions:
- Full Simple Table (1.40m x 0.50m)
- Shared Simple Table (0.70m x 0.50m)
- Includes two chairs and one 110v power outlet.
Each table includes two exhibitor credentials for access to CCXP on all event days, either for two artists sharing the table (limit of two artists) or one artist and one accompanist.
Signage must be provided by the artist (banner with a tripod, maximum size of 0.80m x 2.0m for a full table with one artist and maximum size of 0.50m x 2.0m for a shared table with two artists).
Investment:
- R$1,200.00 for exclusive use of the Full Simple Table.
- Or R$630.00 to share the Simple Table with another artist (maximum of two artists per Simple Table, with each artist required to register separately).
Payment is due in full by the table rental deadline (July 12, 2024).
DOUBLE TABLE
- Dimensions:
- Full Double Table (2.80m x 0.50m)
- Shared Double Table (1.40m x 0.50m)
- Includes two chairs and one 110v power outlet.
Each table includes two exhibitor credentials for access to CCXP on all event days, either for two artists sharing the table (limit of two artists) or one artist and one accompanist.
Signage is provided by CCXP with a backdrop of 2.0m x 3.0m (art to be provided by the artist according to CCXP’s layout and specifications), at no additional cost to the artist.
Tables are offered in limited quantities and will be allocated in specific areas of the Artists’ Valley by Bis. Artists wishing to be close to colleagues or other members of their collective should consider this, as it will not be possible to place simple tables next to double tables.
Investment:
- R$3,950.00 for exclusive use of the Full Double Table.
- Or R$1,980.00 to share the Double Table with another artist (maximum of two artists per Double Table, with each artist required to register separately).
